SWL IV : Registration

(starting May 1, 2010)

Conference fees:

regular	before 30th June	80 €
	between 1st July and 15th September	100 €
student/unemployed	before 30th June	40 €
	between 1st July and 15th September	60 €

The conference is free for the students of the Universities of Lyon, the members of the DDL lab, the members of the programme committee, and the invited speakers.

The registration involves two stages: pre-registration and registration. Both may be done on the website http://colloquedr7.dr20.cnrs.fr

Note 1: the participants who want to join the conference dinner and/or the walking tour of Lyon must sign up and pay the 44 € (of the dinner) when they register for the conference (rubrique "Suppléments/Conference dinner").

Note 2: any person who participates in the conference, whether they are presentators or free listeners, and whether they have to pay or not, must register online!

Stage 1: pre-registration

Participants register on-line:

• before June 23rd for early-bird rates
• before September 8th for full rates

Stage 2: registration

After receiving an email confirming the pre-registration, participants may register and pay on-line (on the same website):

• before June 30th for early-bird rates
• before September 15th in order to be able to participate in the conference (for administrative reasons, it is impossible to accept registration and payments after September 15th)

Method of payment: if you are not a member of a French public institution, you may only pay by credit card.

PS: In the circumstances that you need to cancel your registration, please notify us before September 8th in order to receive full reimbursement
